We check every order before packing. If something is wrong, we will put it right.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and the packing. We will replace the item or refund it.

Change of mind

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days. Return freight is paid by the buyer. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method or bank account within 7 working days of receiving the return.
